The LN range explained
All LN Flooring LVT planks ship with a 0.5mm wear layer and a 25-year manufacturer warranty. The five series differ in pattern, manufacturing origin, and intended room use — not in build quality. Prices below are supply-and-install for standard HDB overlay scopes; per-psf rates may shift slightly depending on the room area.
The entry point. Classic timber-grain plank for bedrooms, rental units, and budget-conscious full-flat overlays. Manufactured in China to LN's specs.
A finer plank pattern with a slightly deeper embossed grain. The most popular pick for HDB BTO living rooms and bedrooms when homeowners want a cleaner, more contemporary wood look.
Manufactured in South Korea. Identical specs to the China-made series on paper, but tighter dimensional tolerances mean a near-seamless seam line and better long-term appearance. Our default recommendation for living rooms and full-flat renovations.
Marble- and stone-look planks in 300×600mm and 450×900mm tile formats. The right pick when you want the visual weight of stone without the cost or cold-feel of real tile. Common for kitchens and entryways.
Pre-cut planks for a true herringbone lay pattern. Adds visual movement to long living rooms and small condo studios. Installation takes roughly 30% longer than a straight plank lay — factor that into your project schedule.
How to choose
LN Core or LN Nano. Bedrooms see the lowest foot traffic in the home and rarely deal with water spills, so the entry-level series performs well over a 10–15 year horizon. Pick Nano if you want a slightly deeper grain texture; Core if budget is the priority.
LN Korea is our default recommendation. Higher dimensional tolerance keeps the seam lines tight under direct sunlight and air-con cycling — both common stress factors in Singapore living rooms. For a statement look, LN Herringbone in the same space is a popular upgrade.
All LN LVT is 100% waterproof, but the visual register matters. LN Urban Stone in 450×900mm tile format is the natural fit for kitchen floors — stone-look planks read as kitchen flooring and clean up like vinyl.
LN Core. Lowest cost per square foot, fastest install, and the 25-year warranty means you're protected even on units you don't occupy yourself. We've installed full 4-room flats in two days for landlords with tight tenant-handover deadlines.
LN Korea or LN Urban Stone, depending on whether you want a warm or industrial register. We schedule commercial installs across nights and weekends to avoid disrupting trading hours, and we provide BCA-compliant safety briefs for any contractor onsite.
All five LN series can be installed as an overlay over flat existing tiles, saving S$800–S$2,000 in demolition cost on a typical HDB. We assess the substrate during the home visit; if there's tile lippage above 2mm, we flag it before quoting so there are no surprise self-levelling charges.
